1.筹备阶段：
时间：3月30日至4月12日
A:召开第一次筹备会议：由主办方负责召集校艺术团及各院文艺负责人召开会议。会上应听取各学院负责人的意见和建议，对策划中尚不完善之处进行修改，力求完美;同时，根据各学院不同的优势和想法确定其节目形式内容的大概方向，并开始排练。
B:活动宣传：
(1)口头宣传：各院接到通知后，积极向全院同学进行宣传，动员同学认真准备参加;
(2)媒介宣传：主要以校团委和我院宣传部制作的精美宣传海报，以及喷绘，包括商家提供的宣传板以及网上公告的形式为途径，达到活动前期预热效果。
C:主持人的确定：可由各院推荐的主持候选人中间进行选拔。主持人应在本期间着手准备主持词，并由专人进行训练，以求晚会当天达到最佳效果。
2.审查阶段：
时间：4月16日至5月2日
4月16日：对所有节目进行初审。期间，筹备会成员及专业嘉宾、导演可对节目提出可行性建议。
4月27日：对所有节目进行复审，并审查主持人。主要是对节目的质量上以及节目之间的主持词串联进行严格的审核，确保整台晚会的最终效果。

3.晚会阶段：

记得有人说过，击非典的众志成城，直到最近几年的汶川地震，还有前一阵子才发生的玉树地震。我们仍然有着爱国的精神，仍然有着国家有难，我们青年人作为先锋队，为国家现身。虽说不上过去战乱年代的抛头颅洒热血的年代，但是我们仍旧有着爱国的精神，为国家尽着微薄的力量。所以这种五四精神没有被我们现在的年轻人所遗忘。然而我们正是在继续壮大这种精神。
时间已经过去这么多年了，一代又一代的人在用自己的青春诠释这这一种精神。然而这种精神是不会随着时间的消逝而被大家忘却的。因为五四运动的精神已经在我们中国人的心里永存。

I remember someone once said that the united efforts to fight against SARS lasted until the Wenchuan earthquake in recent years, as well as the Yushu earthquake that only occurred a while ago. We still have the spirit of patriotism, and there are still difficulties for our country. As young people, we are the vanguard and appear for our country. Although it may not be the era of sacrificing our lives and shedding our blood in times of war, we still have the spirit of patriotism and contribute our humble efforts to the country. So this May Fourth spirit has not been forgotten by our young people today. However, we are continuing to strengthen this spirit.
