第一，要聪明，要有悟性。有些同学不会举一反三，连错三次都改不过来。聪明的人，你说一句，点拨一下，他能想出背后三句道理；缺乏悟性的人，你说三句，他未必能领悟一句的真意，人的素质就是不一样。邓小平同志讲，“要找明白人”，就要找聪明、有悟性的人。一看就明白，心有灵犀一点通。毛主席还讲，“要有学识”，什么叫学识？就是学问和见识。光有书本知识不行，还要有见识，就是有分析问题、概括问题的能力，有前瞻性。
第二，要勤奋。聪明、悟性还不够，别人学习八小时、十小时，甚至更多，你只要学六小时，能行吗，显然不行。再聪明的人，如果只是很“潇洒”、很“超脱”，不去开足马力、全力以赴，也无法在竞争中获胜。反之，悟性少一些的人，若能勤奋学习、刻苦钻研，也能弥补不足。老话说的好，勤能补拙。如果不努力，耍小聪明，就会“少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲”。青年人要把聪明变成智慧，必须经过反复历练。有多少付出，才有多少回报。本领在于日积月累，娴熟才能生巧，刻苦才能有所作为。
第三，要高标准。只有聪明、刻苦仍然不够，还要有高标准。毛主席讲，要“精益求精”；居里夫人讲，要“追求卓越”……有些人，对学习无所谓，粗枝大叶，低标准。就是不认真、不准确，还自恃聪明，仿佛一看就会，一听就懂，一讲就通，但就是一做就错，一下笔就离题，这也是素质不佳的一种表现。
第四，要持之以恒。做到了聪明、勤奋、高标准，还是不够，必须持之以恒。毛主席说：“一个人做点好事并不难，难的是一辈子做好事，不做坏事”。古人讲：“路遥知马力，日久见人心”，能坚持十年、十五年，才能见成效；坚持二十年、三十年，才叫矢志不渝。武侠片中说：要“十年磨一剑”，如果一年磨一剑，这个剑就不行。人生是长跑，不是短跑，就像跑一万米，要在四百米的跑道上绕25个圈儿，头10圈儿大家都能跑下来，但越往后就越会拉开距离。

五月的春风情深意暖，五月的花海流溢飘香，和着春潮，伴着夏韵，在花海灿烂夺目的季节里，我们迎来了“五四”运动103周年。在这漫长的岁月里，中国战胜了衰落，走向振兴，挣脱了屈辱，走向奋起，中国正以崭新的姿态向世人展示着自己。然而，人们不会忘记那划时代民族救亡图存的“五四”爱国运动，更不会忘记那举起民族之旗帜，开创民族独立和民族振兴新纪元的先驱者，不会忘记革命战争的峰火硝烟，更不会忘记，为真理而抛头颅洒热血的英烈们。今天，我们的祖国已经进入了一个新的历史时期，振兴中华的责任，已经落到我们肩上，“五四”火炬已经光荣地传到我们手中。
作为一名青年，我们要珍惜现在努力学习，以朝气蓬勃、奋勇上进的形象，在今后的团组织活动中，相互学习，相互交流，团结向上，积极进取，增强自身建设，树立正确的理想、信念和价值观。作为公司的中流砥柱，我们要在工作岗位中投入饱满的热情，为公司的管理、建设和发展献策出力，充分发挥青年团员的先锋模范作用，争创先进，为企业的做大做强增添力量。

大家好!
我是初三(11)团支部的xx。相信有很多同学和我一样，都为加入了共青团而感到光荣自豪，可当被问到成为了一名团员后和从前有什么不同，却不知如何作答。
所以我细细想了很久，发现团员这个身份给我们带来的，其实是一种厚重的责任感。
1919年，五四的火炬唤起了民族的觉醒，吹响了革命的号角。从此，一代又一代的有志青年在革命的道路上前赴后继，千百万的同胞抛头颅洒热血，换来了我们今天的美好生活。 无论是什么年代，青年总是走在最前方，而共青团集结了广大先进青年，在中国共产党的领导下、在团组织的培养下，艰苦奋斗、勇敢拼搏，把祖国的事业推向一个又一个巅峰，把青春的'梦想放飞在祖国的蓝天，把奉献和忠诚播洒在祖国的每一片土地，把理想和信念镌刻在世纪的起跑线上。
“昔病入膏肓危在旦夕，幸得万计志士之血灌之，今复立于民族之林矣。”我由衷敬佩这些在中国衰败没落，风雨飘摇时，仍然肩负着厚重责任感，站出来撑起民族脊梁的青年志士，也许只有当时国人的百分之十，但正是这百分之十的努力，激励着无数人的继往开来，为实现中华民族的伟大复兴而努力。
曾经，我的理想是成为北宋大儒张载所说的这样的人：“为天地立心，为生民立命，为往圣继绝学，为万世开太平。”为什么说是曾经呢?并不是说这不再是我的理想，而是我知道，现在的我还做不到这样的“以天下为己任”。对于现在的我来说，责任感在于：承诺的事情就要认真做到，对自己说过的话负责;努力学习，对未来的自己负责;立己达人，先忧后乐，做一个合格的立达人，对学校负责;保护环境，对所生活的家园负责。这样的话，我就能一步一步地朝自己的理想靠近了吧。
说到这里，我想起之前看到的一条微博，是这样说的：“梦见自己穿越回民国，和当时的学生聊天。然后遇见一个戴眼镜的小哥，悄悄告诉他其实我是未来人，小哥想了想说：‘百年后中华可好?’”
我觉得，在前人以及我们的努力之下，未来我们可以自豪地回答道：“一百年后的中国，未负所托，走在阳光下了。”
